What to Expect during your Appointment

During your Auriculotherapy session, you’ll start by completing a brief intake form to share any concerns or areas of discomfort. Then, we’ll have a relaxed conversation about how Ear Seeds work and the specific benefits they can offer you. The session includes phototherapy (red light therapy) on your ear to enhance effectiveness. Finally, small seeds—typically made from Vaccaria, gold, or titanium—are placed on specific acupressure points on your ear.
Your session, which lasts about 45 minutes, concludes with simple instructions on how to apply pressure to the seeds at home for the best results.
